HEATHER BOYAN - 2009 Times Volleyball Player of the Year When I first started going to ignite, I was skinny as a twig and not up to my full potential. The workouts I was put through were some of the hardest things I've ever done, but the end results and satisfaction were all worth it. I put on muscle that helped me hit harder and jump higher. Coming in to my sophomore year, I made varsity because I had gotten that much stronger and faster from working with Ignite's Trainers. Going just a week without going to class now is brutal; the classes at Ignite put you in the best shape of your life. Not only are you taught to work hard and perform at your highest level, but you also make friendships with the other athletes in your class. All of the trainers at Ignite have helped enhance my volleyball game. Who knows where I would be without them?
Heather will be attending Western Kentucky University on a scholarship.

BILL HILLEGONDS I was attempting to run my 41st marathon, but I was coming back from a torn hamstring. It wasn't just any marathon. It was the Disney marathon and I have run all of them.
It was at that time I decided to incorporate weight training to help the upper body strength, and so I joined Fuel Fitness and the staff there is amazing. They are very driven to assist the clientele in anyway that will help them reach their personal fitness goals.
I also decided to join the IGNITE HL and ADP classes. They are incredible! The workout is intense but what they taught me was invaluable. I learned technique is the key to my running success and it developed a positive mindset. I had never had that before when running.
The toughest part of any marathon are miles 18-24, that is when you will hit the so called "wall". It was those miles that were the most rewarding in this race, as I focused on technique that had my running in a fluid motion all the time. I also had the mindset that any wall that I would hit was nothing that was going to slow me down!
I knocked 34 minutes off of my time from last years Disney marathon! I highly recommend both Fuel Fitness and the Ignite HL and ADP classes for anyone who wants to improve their sports performance!

JOSH KEITH I run Varsity Cross Country and Track for Lake Central. After the season ended, my hip started to act up. So as a determined athlete, I sought help everywhere and all the other gyms didn’t have a class like Ignite has. HL and ADP has helped me in so many ways. My hip is becoming stronger and I feel more confident about myself. The classes focus on technique and core strengthening. Thanks to Ignite and Fuel's Gym, I will be able to get back out there and run again.

BRANDON GRUBBE - Butler Football Scholarship Recipient I have been part of Ignite Sports Performance for the last 2 years. During my time and training with them I have improved my agility, speed, and quickness. Also I have been able to reduce my chance of injury by using proper technique in the gym which translates on to the field. I have been able to do all of this with the help of their fantastic trainers. Their trainers are all great people and they will help any athlete reach their maximum potential. Another great thing about Ignite Sports Performance is that they have a great social scene. It’s great because when you go to class it’s not just a workout but a chance to meet new friends and have a good time. My last point is this, I have been through a lot of workouts but Ignites’ the best that I have been through, and they have prepared me for the next level which is college football.

MARISA MENEGHETTI Before deciding I wanted to continue my soccer career in college, I relied solely on my God-given talent. However, my athletic life took a drastic change once I realized I needed to work for and earn my spot on teams. I began my workouts with Ignite and can honestly say they are the most physically challenging workouts I have ever endured, but they are also the most beneficial. Once I started to work with the staff at Ignite and Fuel Fitness, I noticed a change in the pace and physicality of my game and i could not be any more appreciative for them getting me to the place where I am today- on my way to play collegiate soccer. I thank the amazing staff for all my strength, endurance, and stamina because they truly care about you as an athelete and person and want to watch you succeed. I also thank them for putting up with me and my nonsense.

ROBERT JEFFERS This ADP/HL Ignite program is absolutely outstanding. Ignite has managed to take cardio and strength training to a whole new level. Coming from a pretty physically demanding background in the Army, I thought I was up to the challenge to take the class. Boy was I hurting the first few days, but after a couple months of taking the class I feel stronger and faster then I did at basic training. The drill sergeants need to take a few of these classes and get some pointers. I would recommend class to any man, woman or child, athlete or not to step up to the plate and give it a try, you WILL feel stronger, you WILL feel faster and you WILL feel better about yourself.

ASHLEY CANN My training experience with Ignite and Fuel Fitness has been amazing. The training program made me quicker, stronger, and lessened the amount of recovery time needed in between activities. My twenty yard sprint time has been cut down from 2.8 seconds to 2.6 seconds, and my vertical has increased. I enjoy every training class, and I can see the difference in my abilities as an athlete on the field as well. I would highly recommend training at Ignite.

TAYLOR HILLEGONDS I am a sophomore at Hanover Central and I run cross-country and long distance track. I started taking HL classes at Fuel Fitness in November 2009 in preparation for track season. I had the mindset that HL would get me in good shape and would help me become a better athlete. I was wrong. HL did imaginably more than that for me. It has taught me to strive to be the best athlete I can be and to work hard all of the time. My overall technique has improved and I have learned the importance of proper training. It has increased my confidence and developed my God-given abilities to the best that they can be. The encouragement of the trainers is one of the best aspects of taking HL classes at Fuel Fitness. I would recommend HL classes to all athletes who strive to excel in their sports and have a goal-centered mindset to be the best they can be.
