Higher Level (HL): Must Qualify

The Higher Level Ignite class is geared toward the advanced athlete. This class combines explosive strength and conditioning training to develop explosive starts, enhanced linear and lateral speed, multi-directional agility, reaction time, and self confidence.

 

It is for the mature athlete with defined goals looking to enhance their already sports specific skills. It is the Most comprehensive and intense program that we offer. This class is the goal class for most of our athletes.

ADP (Adult Development Program)

The Adult Development Program is one of our many group energy programs. It is an advanced workout class, open to all adults that are up for a physical challenge. Adults with workout experience will enjoy the push to the next level but prefer the high pace setting of a group workout and team training atmosphere. This advanced conditioning program is great for men and women that are getting in shape for an event, career testing, personal athletic event or just training beyond your current solo capabilities.

 


 

Youth Development (YDP1):
The Introduction

Typically, Ages 6 to 10- This Introductory Ignite program is comprised of play based exercise and education. YDP1 helps to develop a child’s natural athleticism and coordination habits. Through constant positive reinforcement, Ignite’s coaches implement a foundation that young athletes will build on the rest of their athletic career. Students will walk away understanding that training is both fun and essential.

 


 

Youth Development (YDP2):
The Foundation

Typically, Ages 10 to 13 – Whether your goal is sporting excellence, fitness, wellness or obesity prevention, this program can work for your child. With a strong foundation of drills and learning, young athletes will gain the basic functional skills needed to develop in their specific sport in addition to well rounded healthy habits. Ignite’s programming introduces drills, strength education, nutrition importance and confidence building in an interactive class setting. Focusing both on individual development and teamwork.

 


 

Youth Development:
The Building Phase

Typically, Ages 13 and up – This level of the Ignite programs is designed around fundamental training habits and solid execution skills. It is intended for highschool and soon to be highschool athletes. This level helps your athlete to develop the proper form, speed and competitive advantage to compete at the highschool level. It begins to help your athlete define and achieve goals while instilling the desire to increase conditioning and enjoy dedicating themselves to continuous improvement.

 


 

Youth Observational Training (YOT)

Ages 9-15 - The Youth Observational Training (YOT) program teaches proper technique in the weight training and functional training process. Athletes are assisted by a trainer in a group setting within the weight room. They will learn the proper weight room exercises for their sport, weight and body type. Students can join individually or with a group.

 

It is a great way to stay in shape during the off-season and stay ahead of the competition while in-season. It is also an exceptional start to developing good habits in the gym at a young age. The Youth Observational training program can also prepare older students for Ignite’s (HL) Higher Level performance based classes.


 

TRX Suspension Training (30 minutes)

The TRX Training is not your average fitness class. We train you like athletes, pushing your limits and challenging you to “the core”. We are committed to helping our members achieve peak physical condition. These functional exercises for strength, balance, power, flexibility and core stability use ones own body and the TRX Suspension Straps. This class is taught at faster, circuit style format pace moving quickly between upper and lower body exercises. A great way to change things up and try something new.

 


 

Combine Training

Ignite Founder and former seven year NFL player, Jared Tomich along with his team of coaches, have designed a strength and conditioning program geared specifically towards highschool and college athletes training for the next level. This program is intense, disciplined, and highly regimented to produce breakout performances on combine day. Jared and his team have been teaching and training college and NFL prospects for the past five years. Combine training is also available for all sports.

 


 

Team Training

We will work with and train your team in single sessions and packaged sessions, on-site at our facilities or off-site at a location best for your team (10 person minimum required).
